I have to admit...I love "chick rock". I always have. My music collection percentage goes something like this 95% female artists to 5% male artists. The surge of female singer/songwriters in the mid 90's was phenomenal and those women got their fair share of exposure. But it seems now a days that just isn't the case anymore. Did women quit making music? Hell no! They're out there and they're extraordinary! So below are just a few of my favorite, maybe not so well known female musicians, who I want to share with the world.
